In conjunction with the Global Snow websites and Kiosk Design, I led another team tasked with building the new MVP Ski Dubai app from scratch while adhering to the Majid Al Futtaim Digital Guidelines. Working with a brilliant UX designer in London, a pair of equally brilliant UI designers in Colombia and Edinburgh, and a phenomenal Design System designer in South Africa, we utilised the Foundation Design System to create a subset for the app. This was a beautiful team effort, and we worked closely with our stakeholders to provide contextual customisation for the app, differentiating it from the website.

The app enhances the customer experience by bringing them into the ski community, even when they are not at the park. For returning users, the app makes it easy to re-enter the experience. What we are developing for the MVP is just the beginning, with a strong foundation that will create stronger brand loyalty and relationships with customers.
